I always find that you are dependable to get my vehicle in the shop in a timely manner and then it is always done quickly. The staff are always courteous and friendly and I appreciate that. He's not going to let just anyone take care of our vehicles. He has always been impressed with the service we get from you. We were traveling to Illinois on a fishing trip when we experienced truck problems while towing our boat. We pulled over in St. Charles Missouri to an auto shop that didn't have time to look at it. We managed to make it to a second shop that looked at our truck that recommended we take it to the Chevrolet dealer in Rolla. Mike was very professional and answered all our questions. He showed us many different trucks before we found out 2025 Chevrolet Silverado. He took the time to show us all the features inside and out of the truck. We were satisfied and didn't feel rushed into buying something we didn't want. We were from Oklahoma and really were satisfied with everyone including the Business manager who contacted the tag agency when they requested paperwork be sent directly to them. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I had been researching options on vehicles from mechanical side to appearance side was suggested by James if didn't have what I wanted to watch web site things was updated daily. I was very opinionated in what I was looking for and my conditions being met because St. Louis had 2 to consider. So that same night I got on and Lo and behold the exact interest was in transit to Rolla. So I asked them to get ahold of when came in. In mean time I decided to determine which year made the more sense to go with. Called and told them I was coming up in afternoon to check they difference between years James was gone when got there so Salesman Nate came out and told him and he took my # told me he thought one I was interested in should be in anytime. Left the dealership just got home he called and said it just came off the truck. So we met next morning 3hrs later it came home with me. Nate was extremely helpful. He has called a couple times since to make sure car is doing what it's suppose to. Thank you all.

Hello, my name is Kristian Graves. Please bear with me. Suppose you went to a steak house and ordered a big fat juicy T-bone steak, baked potato with extra butter and sour cream with chives and bacon bits and a side salad with blue cheese dressing. And the waitress takes your order took the back and you wait patiently for your meal. After a while, the waitress hasn’t came back yet so you ask her how it is going and then she says ohhh the cooks turned the oven on but the can’t figure out how to cook the steak properly and we can get the side salad if you want. And we don’t know where the potatoes are. And then she gives you a bill for the salad and potato but you didn’t even get the potato because they don’t know where they are. How would you feel about that?that is pretty much what happened to me today with the service department. I brought my truck in to get the front passenger side wheel bearing checked out and they said there is no problem. Ok. I also had the the ack drivers side tire pressure wheel sensor fixed . Ok and then I told them the check engine light indicator says the the hood latch is open of which it is not and they hooked the little handheld computer diagnostic up to it and verified that yep that’s what it says and didn’t fix it or even take the warning light off and charged me 187 dollars for that? I am obviously stupid because I really don’t understand and I am having a hard time about it and I will probably have to go talk to my counselor because I have such high anxiety and PTSD and take another Welbrutin pill to calm down before I bounce the buddy’s face off the wall and go postal. Thank you for the time of reading this whole thing. Have a nice day. Jesus loves yall and I am trying to get there. And I apologize about the comment of bouncing the buddy’s face off the wall and going postal that wasn’t very nice and obviously the extremely overweight gentleman wearing the cross on his necklace is a child of GOD and was only doing what he has been told to do by his higher chain of command and all of his numerous times of calling me buddy was actually a term of affection in his understanding, maybe he is a practicing bottom. Amen.

Everything was done well had a slight mix up upon arrival as the buick app allows me to schedule an appointment every half hour but your system is based on just tye top of the hour so when I arrived I was behind a lot of new arrivals to the dealership that were being checked in but it didn't seem to affect the time frame in which my car was tended to.

spent iver $700 on accessories after buying brand new truxk there. i told them before i ordered in person i wanted to use 25% off coupon. they said couldnt accept coupon until i checked out or look at coupon i wanted to use; if so they could have told me in parts or service that i had to order online to be valid. they didnt go over installation and how to use aftwr installing. they didnt care that it was roo hard for most people to lock truck bed cover and could have adjusted it easily. took them long time to install, but then rushed me out without making sure it was satisfactory.

I feel that your service department did the bare minimum. I ordered camshaft position sensors to replace the ones in my 2016 Equinox. I assumed that along with replacing the sensors that your service department would run a diagnostics check to make sure everything concerning camshaft position sensors would be checked as well. No checks were done and my engine light is still on. Tried clearing it at home and still get a P0017 code letting me know that there might be a timing issue, belt issue or ring issue after looking it up on YouTube. It makes no sense to me that you all wouldn’t check everything related to the function, that would be like putting a cast on someone’s right arm and failing to take an X-Ray only to find out that the left arm is broken. I understand that it was the weekend but still. So i guess in the future I’ll just go to Tunes or some other service department that actually takes pride in their service.

I paid over $400 to have the transmission fluid changed, which was considered maintenance and not covered by extended warranty. This appears to have corrected the shuddering. I paid around $160 for a software update to correct the visual system intermittently not working. The back up camera still glitches from time to time so I question if the update fixed the problem. But what really bothers me is the service department didn’t notice that the coolant was very low. That would have been a nice customer service had you either added coolant or let me know that it needed it. I don’t feel that the service department has my best interest in mind or is thoroughly looking at the vehicle engine. This truck has under 100K miles and the engine light has come on twice. This is my first and possibly last Chevrolet.

They were very busy, but they didn't rush me. Ed and a young man helped me. I believe his name was James. He drove a beautiful car up for me to see. I really liked the car, but I was thinking about a white car. They checked around for me, but getting a white car would have taken longer, and it would been quite a bit more expensive. Ed and James worked on getting me the right car. I have purchased vehicles at this dealership before, and they have a good service department for oil changes and things. Honestly, I don't think ladies always get the best deal. (This was my experience when I lived in a larger city.) I do not feel that way about this dealership. I am very happy with my new car.

Staff was willing to work me on get truck in for service. But needed a tire sensor which occurred to there part was on back order. But I do not think the part department did not do their due diligence to go out and see if they can find the part. One call and I found one at dealership in next town over at a Chevy dealership that was willing to sale me the part. Then when I called back and told the service person that I have the part and will drop it off they definitely not very happy by the tone of their voice. But again worked with me to get the sensor installed.

We had a scheduled appointment, which my wife arrived a few minutes early for. It took right at an hour for them to get the vehicle back for the routine oil change/tire rotation. We had provided a special oil and additive to be used in the oil change process. This was discussed multiple time. Described when making the appointment online, discussed in a follow up phone call to confirm the appointment, discussed upon arrival to the dealership for service the day of. After waiting an hour to get our vehicle in for service, it took a little over an hour for the service (oil change and tire rotation) to be completed. Upon paying for the service and getting into the vehicle, it was noted that they had NOT used the special oil as discussed multiple times. My wife went in, spoke with the service manager about this. The manager did refund her what she paid for the oil change, apologized and immediately got the vehicle in for a new oil change utilizing the specialty oil.

First Matt was great to deal with, that was the positive. Now the bad, Matt way oversold the quality of work, (I was guaranteed the painter would not put out anything not perfect he would redo it first).When we went to pickup my wife’s car within 30 seconds she found 3 flaws in the paint then I found a broken taillight, 2 paint scrapes underneath taillight and a big scratch on black trim around fender, go back to words parentheses . So we left it so the could repair their work. When I called the next day I was told they tried to repair their work but had to redo it. After some thought I called back, Matt was out so I talked to,I think the general manager of the dealership, and he got a little gruff saying his guys were human and they didn’t have a 6million dollar paint booth and they were covering the cost of new decals. All that said to say this I chosen this bodyshop because of the promise of perfection, then they set out to take home a car( with less than 4000 miles ) with several paint flaws, 2 paint scrapes, a broken taillight and a big scratch on trim. All this was found within a minute of arrival by my wife and me after professionals with years of experience said it was ready to go home. When final done when we picked it up the inside was covered in dust and dirt. The real kicker is I paid $300 more to get the work done at Ed Morris than other shops. I am so disappointed that they hoped we would accept poor work and damages they caused and was sent home with the feeling of a patch job and filthy car, the least they should have done was sent it to be detailed. Let’s see if Ed Morris responds to me.
